Access to Property Policy

If arrangements are made for us to enter your property while you are not present, McIntyre TV and Appliances does not accept any responsibility for any and all actions, causes of action, claims and demands by reason any damages caused as a result therefrom, including any negligent act by any of our employees, agents and associates.

Delivery and Installation Policy

Delivery and installation will be charged according to the purchase made, depending on the location of the customer and type of product purchased.

Payment Options

Visa and Mastercard are accepted by phone, or at the shop. All orders will be verified by telephone. For service calls, accounts are due upon delivery of service. All accounts older than 15 days are subject to a 3% per month late fee. Other payment options may be arranged (cheque, cash). Please contact us to arrange these options at 519-238-8270. We do not keep credit card information on file, and as a result, will request this information for every sale processed.

Pricing Policy

Every effort will be made to keep prices up to date, however, prices are subject to change at any time. All pricing is in Canadian dollars (CDN).

Custom Orders Policy

Any custom ordered products are non-returnable. A deposit of 50% of the total cost will be required prior to ordering a custom item.

Exchange Rate Information

The exchange rate quoted on the web site is an approximation of the current exchange rate, in order to give customers an estimation of their costs. The actual rate charged is determined by your credit card company, at the rate being charged by that company on the day the transaction is processed. We do not take responsibility for any differences between the rate quoted on our website and that charged by your credit card company.

Warranty Policy

Warranties vary by the product and manufacturer. Consult the warranty that comes with your new appliance or part. Most parts have a 30-day limited labour warranty.

Returns Policy

No returns on electrical parts. No returns on custom orders. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for returns on stock items.
